The Center for Culture and Arts in Sulu State College will soon to open, catering college activities which will highlight the rich and diverse culture of Tausug.
This will also promote the Philippine culture and other events for educational and entertainment purposes. Above all, it will transform the college into a destination providing a sense of belonging and positive influence in the community.
We are extending our utmost gratitude to Senator Loren Legarda for allowing us to visualize our dreams in preserving culture and celebrating arts. Thank you Senator Legarda for advocating the culture and the arts, enabling us to showcase and be proud of the authenticity of the traditions and practices of our own. Congratulations to the administration headed by Prof. Charisma Ututalum, a project and a dream of hers to establish a culture and arts center in the college. For the love of culture and arts!
