Commission on Higher Education Commissioner Jo Mark Libre together with State Universities and Colleges Presidents of BARMM including Prof. Charisma Ututalum, CESE and Region IX paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Lorna Regina Bautista Legarda, Senator of the Republic of the Philippines.

Development and strategies of improving the quality education in HEIs were discussed as well as matters with the culture and the arts, climate and environment and general education were part of the fruitful discussion of the Philippine HEI and the Honorable Senator.
