The Sulu State College would like to congratulate Prof. Charisma S. Ututalum, CESE for the awarding of her commissionship as reservist of the Philippine Army with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

It has been a very long journey as the College President stated in her speech during the ceremony and it was all worth it as she narrated, leaving everyone with a meaningful quote:
