Sulu State College sealed another international partnership with the Lincoln University College, in hopes of lots of future successful endeavors together.

This marks another milestone for the improvement and success of SSC. Present during the signing is Dr. Amiya Bhaumik, Mr. Bart Ochoa, Mr. Meithag Abuelhassan, Ms. Ziyoda Abdurakmonova Rustam Kizi and other officials from LUC and the SSC officials, College President, Prof. Charisma S. Ututalum, Dr. Nelson Julhamid, Dr. Sherhan Endih and Dr. Masnona Asiri.
