Sulu State College President, Prof. Charisma Ututalum signed a memorandum of understanding with the University of the Philippines Los Banos Chancellor Jose Camacho, Jr.
Present during the virtual signing are other partners of the UPLB, President Max Guillermo from Tarlac Agricultural University, University of Board Regents of University of Eastern Pangasinan, Chair Ramon Guico, Jr.Future programs for research and extension, faculty development and many collaborations and established synergistic relationships between the two institutions.
The initiative of UPLB will capacitate the college to address different fields in the academe.
