The Sulu State College Human Resource Management Office took the lead in organizing an on-board re-orientation session for the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and other HR matters. The initiative, spearheaded by Ms. Sherryl Kathleen S. Muddasil, RN, and her team, aimed to enhance proficiency in utilizing the Human Resource Information System, ensure compliance with revised HR policies, and improve data processes.

The event was held on January 23, 2024, with separate sessions for non-teaching personnel in the morning at the SSC Multimedia Center and teaching personnel in the afternoon at SSC Gymnasium, Walled City, Jolo, and Sulu.

Present during the event were the college officials, including the College President, Prof. Charisma S. Ututalum, CESE, VPAA, Prof. Nelson U. Julhamid, and Chief Administrative Officer, Mr. Almashin S. Lipae,DPA, to deliver messages and support the initiative.

Also in attendance, the SSC Board Secretary, Ms. Ayesha Rema Tan; Planning Director, Mr Antonio Pescadera and Supply Officer, Ms. Lyn D’Amor Moreno.

The program covered various topics, including accounting matters by acting accountant Mr. Alyashier Asam, HRIS insights by Mr. Riduan A. Asammil, and discussions on human resource management matters by Ms. Sherryl Kathleen Muddasil, RN.
