The Sulu State College successfully held the first ever NTP Day with the Theme: “SSC Advocating Campaign for Mental Health Awareness as Civil Servant”, spearheaded by the very supportive College President Prof. Charisma S. Ututalum, CESE, and with the initiative of the Chief Administrative Officer, Mr. Almashin S. Lipae, MAEd, MPA.

The Non-Teaching Personnel of Sulu State College was divided into six Teams, The Blue Thunder headed by Mr. Antonio Pescadera, The Red Dragon headed by Mr. Julkifar Usban, The Violet Fighters headed by Mrs. Alfrida Abbang, The Orange Phoenix headed by Mrs. Raina Sappayani, The Green Clovers headed by Mr. Firash Zhed Ututalum and The Yellow Tigers headed by Ms. Joyada Omar.

Each team enjoyed the event as they compete in different activities namely, The Zumba Dance Competition, The Cultural competition composed of Vocal Solo, Duet and Group Singing for the first day and The Ball games composed of Volleyball for women and skills basketball contest and the awarding ceremony followed by the gift of love from distinctive sponsors for the second day.
