Orientation Caravan on the Landback TES Card was conducted to the TES Grantees of the different colleges and universities in the province: Sulu State College, Notre Dame of Jolo College, Sulu College of Technology, Mindanao State University-Sulu, and Southwestern Mindanao Islamic Institute.

The event was graced by CHED Region IX Regional Director, Dr. Rody Garcia together with the CHED team. Director General, Dr. Marjuni Maddi. Presidents of the colleges and universities, Prof. Charisma Ututalum, CESE, Fr. Eduardo Santoyo, andEngr. Mohammad Yusop Ismi and Landbank Jolo Manager, Ms. Shiela Salim.
